What Is Included in Each Session at Ketamine Wellness NY
The price you see on each card is the total price for that session type. Nothing on top of it. Here is what your payment covers.
Every session includes
Physician oversight
Board-certified physician Dr. Pervaiz Qureshi, MD. with over 30 years of clinical practice in internal medicine, reviews and approves every patient's treatment.
Continuous RN monitoring
Your own registered nurse tracks your vital signs from IV placement to discharge. Our nurses have emergency-room experience, and emergency equipment is on site.
A private treatment room
Not a shared bay or curtained partition. Every patient gets a private room with an eye mask and calming music.
The infusion itself
IV placement and continuous monitoring during the infusion, which usually takes about 45 minutes, some up to an hour.
A private recovery period
About 60 minutes after the infusion in the same private room until you are cleared to leave.
Introductory Session Bonus
$550 includes- your first infusion with $100 off for first-time patients. Before it, you get a free phone consultation with our doctor to review your mental health history current medications, and treatment goals.
- With your consent, we coordinate with your own psychiatrist or therapist. .
6-Session Package Bonus
$3,250 includes- six infusions that never expire, scheduled at your convenience.
- Locked package rate so per-session pricing does not change during your treatment course. .
- Check-ins after your infusions and after your series to review how you're responding. .
No separate charge for the consultation, recovery, RN monitoring, or the private room. Everything is bundled into the flat price on each pricing card.

We accept all standard payment methods at both our Queens and Long Island clinics.
Credit cards, debit cards, and cash
All major credit cards accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
HSA and FSA cards
Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards are accepted at both clinics. Ketamine therapy for a diagnosed medical condition typically qualifies as a covered medical expense under IRS rules. Confirm with your HSA or FSA administrator before your first session.
Package payment
The 6-session package ($3,250) is paid in full at the start of your treatment course. This locks in the package rate, and your six infusions never expire. .
Our published prices are the same at both clinics. First-time patients get $100 off their first session.
Why Ketamine Wellness NY Is Cash-Pay Only
Standard commercial insurance in 2026 classifies IV ketamine for depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and chronic pain as an off-label indication. Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, Medicare, and New York Medicaid all decline standard coverage.
Instead of running an insurance-billing operation, we set our prices low, publish them openly, and put every dollar into clinical quality. That means:
What we do not do
- We do not accept insurance.
- We do not handle prior authorizations or insurance appeals.
- We do not administer Spravato (esketamine nasal spray), which is separately FDA-approved and covered by most insurers through REMS-certified clinics.
If insurance-covered treatment is essential to your budget, Spravato at a REMS-certified clinic is your best path. For a full walkthrough of coverage rules by carrier, HSA and FSA guidance, out-of-network reimbursement scenarios, and what to ask your insurer, see our ketamine therapy insurance coverage guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. You fill out a short intake form, then have a free phone consultation with our doctor, who reviews your mental health history, current medications, and treatment goals. There is no consultation fee. You only pay when you book an infusion.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at both our Queens (Jackson Heights) and Long Island (Great Neck) clinics. IV ketamine therapy for a diagnosed medical condition typically qualifies as an eligible medical expense under IRS rules. Because HSA and FSA administrators can differ on documentation requirements, we recommend confirming your specific plan’s rules before your first session. We provide a standard payment receipt at the end of each visit that shows the date, service, and amount paid.
Is the 6-session package the best value?
If you expect to need several infusions, yes. The package of 6 is $3,250, about $542 per infusion, compared with $650 for a single infusion, and the six infusions never expire. How many infusions you need depends on you and your condition, so if you’re unsure, start with your $550 first session and decide after your first infusion.
Do you offer any discounts for veterans, first responders, or teachers?
First-time patients get $100 off their first session, which is why it’s $550 instead of $650. Call (516) 203-1041 to ask about any other discounts. Our published prices are the same at both clinics.
Are there any additional or hidden fees I should expect?
No. The price on each card is the total price for that session type. The phone consultation is free, and there is no monitoring fee, room charge, or medication fee. Booster infusions, if you need them, are $650 each. For pricing on longer treatment courses and maintenance planning, see our ongoing cost of ketamine therapy guide.
