Brent Boen is a Registered Nurse and Certified Emergency Nurse with over 5 years of emergency medicine and critical care experience. He performs continuous vital-sign monitoring during every infusion, bringing emergency medicine training directly into the treatment room so that any change in blood pressure, heart rate, or comfort is addressed immediately.

Soft lighting, eye mask, curated acoustic therapy. IV placement by our RN. You will feel comfortable and monitored.
Continuous RN monitoring by Brent Boen. Dr. Qureshi supervises. Dosing calibrated to your body weight and history.
Rest in the same private room until you are cleared to leave. Total time in clinic: approximately 2 hours.
You cannot drive yourself. Ridesharing, being picked up, or public transit with a companion all work.

LIRR Great Neck Station sits approximately a 5 minute walk from 45 Middle Neck Road, which makes the Port Washington branch the simplest way in from Manhasset, Little Neck, Bayside, and Penn Station. Nassau County NICE bus routes also run the Middle Neck Road corridor and stop within a short walk of the building entrance.

We are approximately 5 minutes walk from LIRR Great Neck Station and about 5 minutes drive from LIE Exit 33. Street parking is available on Middle Neck Road and nearby side streets.

$450 for the introductory session (new patients, includes intake and infusion). $550 for a standard single session. $3,000 for the 6-session evidence-based protocol. Cash-pay, HSA and FSA accepted. Same pricing as our Jackson Heights (Queens) clinic. No consultation fee separate from the introductory session.
IV ketamine for psychiatric indications is off-label and not directly covered by most commercial insurers or NY Medicaid. Ketamine Wellness NY is cash-pay. We provide itemized superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. See our insurance coverage guide for plan-by-plan detail. Spravato is separately FDA-approved and covered by many insurers, but we do not administer Spravato.
