Ketamine Wellness NY has flat-rate pricing at both clinics. Introductory session $450 (includes full clinical intake plus the infusion). Standard single session $550. Package of six IV drips $3,000, which is the evidence-based clinical protocol delivered over 2 to 3 weeks. No consultation fee separate from the introductory session. Ketamine Wellness NY is a cash-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide an itemized superbill at the end of every session that includes CPT codes (99215 with modifier 25, 96365, and 99203), ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and Dr. Qureshi’s provider NPI. Patients submit the superbill directly to their insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for direct payment.
Both clinics offer identical care, pricing, physician oversight, and treatment rooms. Choose by convenience. Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, and Queens patients typically book at our Jackson Heights, Queens clinic, which is one block from the 74th St-Broadway station on the 7 express. Nassau County, Western Long Island, and Eastern Queens patients typically book at our Great Neck clinic, which is approximately 5 minutes from LIRR Great Neck Station.
Every IV ketamine session at both clinics is administered under the direct supervision of Dr. Pervaiz Qureshi, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician licensed in New York since 1994 with over 30 years of clinical experience. Continuous vital-sign monitoring during every session is performed by Brent Boen, BSN-RN, CEN, a Certified Emergency Nurse with over 5 years of emergency medicine and critical care experience. The same physician oversees care at both our Jackson Heights and Great Neck clinics.
