IV Ketamine Therapy for New York City - Physician-Supervised Infusions
25 Minutes from Midtown
Ketamine Wellness New York provides medically supervised IV ketamine infusion therapy for patients across all five boroughs from our clinic in Jackson Heights, Queens with transparent pricing and extended hours built around New York schedules.
Serving All of New York City from Queens
If you’ve tried antidepressants, talk therapy, or other treatments without lasting relief, IV ketamine therapy may be the option you haven’t explored yet. Ketamine Wellness NY is a physician-led IV ketamine clinic located in Jackson Heights, Queens, serving patients from Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Staten Island, and across the five boroughs.
Our care is led by Dr. Pervaiz Qureshi, MD, a board-certified physician in internal medicine who has served at Brooklyn Hospital, NYU, and Henry J. Carter Hospital. Every infusion is administered and monitored in-clinic by a licensed physician — we do not offer at-home, sublingual, or nasal-spray programs, because supervised IV infusion allows precise dosing, real-time monitoring, and the strongest safety profile.
Unlike traditional antidepressants that can take four to six weeks to act, IV ketamine works on the brain’s glutamate system, supporting neuroplasticity the brain’s ability to form new connections. Many patients report meaningful improvement within hours to days of their first infusion.
Conditions We Treat?
IV ketamine therapy at Ketamine Wellness NY is used for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety and panic disorders, PTSD and trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic pain conditions including neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and CRPS, and as supportive care in alcohol and addiction recovery. Each condition page explains how ketamine works for that diagnosis, what the research shows, and what a treatment course looks like.
Getting to Our Clinic from Anywhere in NYC
Our clinic at 37-20 76th Street sits one block from the 74th St–Broadway / Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Ave station — one of the best-connected transit hubs in Queens, served by the 7, E, F, M, and R trains.

From the Bronx: take the 4/5/6 to Grand Central and transfer to the 7 express around 40–50 minutes from the South Bronx.
From Staten Island: via the ferry and the 7 from Whitehall/Grand Central, or by car over the Verrazzano and BQE roughly 60–75 minutes. With evening and weekend hours (7am–10pm, seven days a week), most patients can schedule around the commute.

What we offer instead is straightforward: physician-supervised IV ketamine, transparent flat-rate pricing, and a location 20–30 minutes from Midtown by express train, open seven days a week from 7am to 10pm.
What Our NYC Patients Are Saying
Is Ketamine Therapy Safe?
Yes. Ketamine has been used safely in medical and anesthetic settings since the 1970s, giving it one of the longest and most well-established safety records of any psychiatric treatment. IV administration in a supervised clinical environment is the gold standard for both safety and efficacy.
In 2019, the FDA cleared ketamine-based treatment for depression, marking a turning point in mental health care nationwide. At our NYC clinic, every session is administered and monitored by licensed physicians who track your dosage, vitals, response, and recovery in real time — ensuring the safest possible experience from start to finish.

Ketamine Therapy in NYC - Frequently Asked Questions
Is ketamine therapy legal in New York?
Yes. Ketamine is an FDA-approved anesthetic that physicians may legally prescribe off-label for depression and other conditions, a common and accepted clinical practice. In 2019, the FDA also approved esketamine (Spravato), a ketamine-derived nasal spray, for treatment-resistant depression. Ketamine Wellness NY provides IV ketamine infusions, not Spravato; IV administration allows precise, physician-controlled dosing with continuous monitoring.
How much does ketamine therapy cost in NYC?
Across New York City, single infusions commonly range from $500–$1,000+ depending on the provider. Ketamine Wellness NY charges a flat $650 per infusion ($550 for your introductory session), or $3,150 for a six-session course.
Do NYC ketamine clinics take insurance?
IV ketamine for mental health is prescribed off-label, so most insurers do not cover it. Ketamine Wellness NY is a cash-pay practice: we do not bill insurance or prepare superbills, prior authorizations, or appeals. Our flat-rate pricing means the number you see is the number you pay.
How long is the trip from Manhattan?
Typically 20–30 minutes by subway. The 7 express from Grand Central or Times Square, or the E/F from the West Side, all stop at 74th St–Broadway / Roosevelt Ave, one block from our clinic.
