You’ve already had your free phone consultation with our doctor. Don’t eat or drink for 4 hours beforehand, bring a photo ID, and wear comfortable clothes.
Eye mask and calming music. Your registered nurse places your IV and stays with you.
Some infusions run up to an hour. Your own registered nurse tracks your vital signs throughout and can slow or pause the infusion at any time.
Rest in the same private room until you are cleared to leave. Total time in clinic: approximately 2 hours.
You shouldn’t drive for 24 hours after an infusion. Ridesharing, being picked up, or public transit with a companion all work.

Nassau County NICE bus routes also run the Middle Neck Road corridor and stop within a short walk of the building entrance.

We are approximately 5 minutes walk from LIRR Great Neck Station and about 5 minutes drive from LIE Exit 33. Street parking is available on Middle Neck Road and nearby side streets.

IV ketamine for psychiatric indications is off-label and not directly covered by most commercial insurers or NY Medicaid. Ketamine Wellness NY is cash-pay. We provide itemized superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. See our insurance coverage guide for plan-by-plan detail. Spravato is separately FDA-approved and covered by many insurers, but we do not administer Spravato.
